Return Policy

3D Printed Items

  • You may return 3D printed items for a refund or replacement within 14 days of the ship date.

  • The item must be returned within the 14-day period.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Laser Engraved Products

  • All sales are final on laser engraved products.

  • To ensure your satisfaction, we will send you a picture of the final product for your approval.

  • You have 48 hours from the time the approval picture is sent to approve or deny the product.

  • If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the item will be considered approved and shipped as a final sale item.

Damaged Laser Engraved Items

  • In the rare event that an engraved item is damaged in shipping, you must submit a request for a replacement within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Please include detailed pictures of the packaging and damaged item with your claim.

Production Time

  • All items are manufactured on demand.

  • In most cases, orders are processed and manufactured within 48 hours of the order date.

  • Please note that some 3D printed items and larger orders may require additional production time.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically shipped the following business day after production is complete.

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Carriers

  • We utilize USPS and UPS for our shipping services.

  • The shipping carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for all orders under $99.

  • Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping!

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.  

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ship orders promptly, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.
